Application Deadline for Young Scientists’ Fellowship Program Extended to January 31

The application deadline for the Young Scientists’ Fellowship Program, initially announced on December 17, 2024, has been extended by one month.
MSTF media reports:
Individuals interested in applying for the Young Scientists’ Fellowship Program (YSFP) can submit their application until January 31.
The Mustafa(pbuh) Science and Technology Foundation, in collaboration with the Standing Committee for Scientific and Technological Cooperation (COMSTECH), holds this program to build capacity and support young scientists’ under 40, improving their research skills in order to foster the development of science, technology, and innovation.
This initiative seeks to support talented youth with the cooperation of prestigious scientific institutes and reputable R&D centers.
Young scholars, technologists, and faculty members under 40 years of age who hold at least a master’s degree are eligible for these short-term fellowships.
This marks the second time that the National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), Islamabad, Pakistan has participated in YSFP. This university presents five fellowships to young scientists from Islamic countries in various research areas.
Previously, Koc University in Turkey also provided research opportunities for this program.The duration of fellowships in this program range from 6 to 12 months, which can be changed depending on the conditions and requirements provided by the host.
Flight tickets, accommodation, and research expenses for selected applicants will be covered by the organizers.
